Shortly before lunchthe Railways middle order lost its way and were dismissed for 271 off115.4 overs, adding just 63 runs and losing five wickets in thebargain. DP Singh scalped four wickets at the expense of 25 runs.In reply, Rajasthan had a shocking start losing opener V Saxena in thethird over. One-drop batsman, R Kanwat (61) and N Doru (72 not out)added 118 for the second wicket before Kanwat was caught short of hisground by stumper A Sharma. His innings had two sixes and eightboundaries to its credit. Doru and Gagan Khoda (36 not out) were atthe crease at close of play, with Rajasthan at the comfortableposition of 197 for two in 62 overs.
